Returns, Refunds and Exchanges
Any and all returns must be first communicated to 30 South Eyewear via email to returns@30southeyewear.com. The original order number must be provided in order for us to proceed with the return. Only once the return is authorized by 30 South should you proceed to ship the goods back to us. 30 South will organise and cover the cost of return shipping for all items purchased at full price, items purchased at discounted rate may be required to be returned at the cost of the customer.
Returns must arrive back to to us within 14 days of the confirmed delivery date, be in perfect condition and be in their original packaging.
Refunds shall be processed within 7 days of the receipt of the returned items, and may take more than 2 weeks to be credited in the customer’s account. 30 South are not liable for delays in refunds due to external reasons including but not limited to; banking delays, courier delays, account errors or any other factors outside of our control.
Exchanges may be subject to any difference in the cost of the sunglasses being paid. This includes any promotions, discounts or sale items. No credit will be provided for any difference in price should the exchanged pair be of lesser value than the original pair purchased.
Exchanges for different models are at the discretion of the management.
If you return goods to us, we will not be responsible for any loss or damage to them during transit. If goods are lost or damaged in transit, we may charge you, or not refund to you, amounts that are attributable to the loss or damage.
We reserve the right to refuse a refund/exchange in the event that the 30 South Sunglasses are found to be damaged upon return, have been misued or if the goods have been returned without their original packaging.
